by using echo you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the app.
anything you share on the echo (clips, names, comments, profile, dj claims) can be seen by everyone. only share what you're happy for anyone to see.
there is no place on the echo for objectionable content or abusive users. you agree not to post:
you can report any post, comment or person, and block anyone. we review reports within 24 hours and remove content and people who break these rules, without warning.
only claim a dj name that is yours. we check claims before adding the verified mark and remove false ones.
you keep the rights to what you post. you let echo store it and show it to other people in the app so the echo works. delete it any time.
echo is provided as is. we can't promise every track gets named or that the service is always available.
these terms are between you and us, not apple. apple's standard licence also applies.
